The session table garbage collection is now faster on busy systems and "show sessions" no longer displays outdated entries. A new "-e" command line option makes all interactive frontends (bng control/auxctl/cmdctl) terminate with EX_TEMPFAIL if an invocation is already running for the same BNG instance.
